Football plays a vital role in the lives of the Scarletts’ players, uniting girls from all walks of life through resilience, collaboration, and the pursuit of shared goals. To celebrate and encourage this spirit, ClearRoute has donated the ClearRoute Cup – a weekly award recognising outstanding teamwork in line with our core value: “We Win Together.”

As part of the partnership, ClearRoute is excited to host a special open day for the Scarletts and their parents at its London office. The day will give the team a chance to meet people from across the company, learn more about what ClearRoute does, and discover the wide range of career opportunities in technology - spanning Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR & People, Sales and Marketing.
The initiative reflects ClearRoute’s belief that early exposure and encouragement can help inspire future careers in tech, before subject choices are made, and options might be shut down. The skills they’re developing on the pitch - teamwork, communication, resilience - are just as valuable off it.
