Charlie is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for business, people and technology. Previously a founder of one of the leading Continuous Testing consultancies in the UK, after 4 years of significant growth he successfully saw through the acquisition of a software testing company. He then went on to team up within the leadership team at a leading digital transformation consultancy. Alongside that team (the ClearRoute founding team), he delivered a 985% organisationally growth over a 4-year period. This led to the successful exit to an American digital services company providing software product design and development services for £35m in November 2020.
