Philipp is an entrepreneurial, transparent and innovative business leader with extensive experience within the IT and Professional services industry. He held various key positions at a leading digital transformation consultancy during a rapid growth phase, growing the business from £1m to over £26m over a 5-year period, whilst focused on operational excellence across the business, achieving all growth targets. He built up substantial experience in hyper-scaling (~400% over 12-month period), building high-performing co-located teams (EMEA, APAC and US) and establishing mutual beneficial partnerships with software vendors.
