Location: Pune, India  

Role : 

We are looking for a strong and experienced PMO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in agile project delivery within large regulated environments. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while aligning with the delivery’s strategic goals and priorities.  

Responsibilities: 

  • ​Assist in managing and prioritising the delivery to ensure alignment with the engagement goals and customer milestones. 
  • ​Ensure Agile sprint replans are formally recorded/tracked and reported on 
  • ​Assist in tracking and optimising resource allocation and budget allocation across engagement. 
  • ​Develop and maintain delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices for digital transformation programme engagements/deliveries 
  • ​Implement and enforce project governance processes and frameworks. 
  • ​Monitor and report on project performance and compliance with the standards required by the customer. 
  • ​Collaborate with the delivery team leads to ensure the right resources are available for the programme priorities and the forthcoming milestones. 
  • Support resource capacity planning and management. 
  • ​Create and maintain project dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and performance. 
  • ​Generate regular reports for the delivery leads and stakeholders to provide project insights and recommendations. 
  • ​Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues across the delivery 
  • ​Support the implementation of risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies. 
  • ​To support the engagement Leads to build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders 
  • ​Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and concerns for the overall engagement team  

Requirements: 

  • ​Self starter with excellent reporting, organisation and communication skills.  
  • ​Stakeholder management experience across all levels. 
  • ​Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and can think out of the box.  
  • ​Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and PMO governance. 
  • ​Extensive experience across IT projects delivered within Agile Delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. SAFE certification desirable.  
  • ​Proficiency in project management processes, software, and tools. Minimum one project management certification such as PMP, PMI or CSM or Prince 2 essential. 
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint (or presentation skills equivalent) skills.
